New York...Here We Come!

Tomorrow I am headed to New York! I am excited to go see all the New York has to offer. I have been to New York before but for business so that doesn't mean I saw anything! Hopefully we will have a fun time and come back with good stories and better pictures!

20 months

Logan has turned to a little boy lately. Sad to say but he isn't a baby anymore. He is very independent, thinks he is so big, loves to do everything himself and is a bit timid at first. Whenever we go anywhere he glares at everyone and like to stick by his mom & dad's side. After about 10 minutes that all changes and you cant keep him grounded.

I sure love this boy!

I found a great place to take photos. Cool red building with a perfect railroad track that is out of commission 5 feet away. When you are ready to take photos let me know and I will direct you where to go or give me a call and I will come take some for you.

Fishing in Alaska!

Trent and his dad went fishing in Alaska for 5 days and came back with funny stories, beautiful photos, and loads of fish! I am not complaining especially because I love fish and I am happy that they were able to spend time together.

They fished like crazy, ate like kings, went on a glacier tour, saw whales, fished some more and had a great time. Hopefully one day I can go back with them. I don't love fishing as much as they do but I do love the scenery, taking photos and spending time together!

Here are some of my favorite photos.

Date Night

Tonight we got a babysitter and went out! This is the first time we have left Logan with someone not related! He did fine but more importantly we had a great time.

Sometimes I miss being able to get up and go to dinner or go do something fun without thinking and planning at least three days ahead of time. But I wouldnt change it for the world! We went to dinner and found ourselves at the baby stores looking at clothes for our growing child or thinking what Logan would be like in 5, 10, or 15 years.

I was so glad we did go out and spend some quality time together! I am so grateful for Trent and the awesome husband he is to me. I am so lucky!
