Summer!

Logan is so ready for summer! He is ready to run and play. He loves going outside, throwing rocks, going to get the mail with me, and loves water! I am glad he isn't following after me when it comes to a fear with water. Yesterday we went boating and I couldn't keep him in! All he wanted to do was to get out and swim. We stopped the boat and let him swim for a bit, he was in heaven! He is getting so big and I am so grateful to be his mom!

Penelope Mae

For family home evening we went to visit the newest cousin, Penelope Mae Schoenfeld. It was so fun to take a few shots of her. Congrats to Scott, Martha, and Otto!

Father's Day

Happy Father's day to the man of my dreams! I am so lucky to have Trent in my life. He is so supportive, helpful, and loving, not to mention he spoils me silly! I hope he has a wonderful fathers day, because he deserves it!

I love this photo of Trent and Logan. It just shows how loving, and caring he is!

I (heart) Trent.

Logan is 18 months!

YIKES! Time goes by so fast. I love this stage, Logan is so funny and has more energy than he knows what to do with! He makes me laugh and smile every day! I am so blessed to have a baby (child) that is so full of life!

Here are his 18 month stats.

Head 91%
Weight 90%
Height 110%

He was way off the chart with his height! The doctor brought it into me and said that I need to make sure when people ask me why my three year old isn't talking I need to remember he is 18 months! I chuckled and thought that it is very true! Treat him like a baby even though he looks like he is three!

Trent jokes that Logan is our retirement package!

Hogle Zoo

A few weeks ago we took Logan to the zoo. He loved it! I think he would live there if we let him. I was a bit disappointed by the amount of animals or lack thereof. I remember growing up going there and seeing 8 elephants, a host of lions, tigers and tons of chimps. Now thy have 2 elephants (looking like they are on their last leg), 0 lions and 1 tiger that you can only see at certain times each day. Needless to say Logan didn't know any better and he loved it. We had a great time spending time together as a family and getting out of the house!

He Went To Nursery!

So yesterday I decided it was time to send Logan to the nursery! He isnt able to go in until the 12th of June but I was READY! Being in primary I talked with the president and she gave me the go ahead.

He did so well! He cried a little at first but the three times I went to peek in the window he was playing with the other kids and having a great time! YIPEE, I dont have to drag him to my primary class anymore. I dont have to have my primary kids be distracted by a baby walking around the room making funny faces at the kids! I dont have to worry about trying to handle a row of 4-5 year olds in sharing time with a 18 month boy who is full of energy!

I do have to take the treat to nursery next week! Nice of them to ease us into primary! Any suggestions?
